The first thing you need to do is create a profile.
As a job seeker you do that through the jobseeker button on the right hand side at the top of the page.
You need to create your profile and indicate appropriate job category so that employers can easily get your CV when they browse.
Fill out the rest of the fields including education and experience.For the experience you have to fill out only the name of the organization,position and Period worked. PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE THE JOB DESCRIPTION.
You then attach you CV,agree to the terms and conditions and save your profile.
At this point you will be sent an email with log in credentials to use to access you r profile to make changes as necessary and view your statistics in terms of number of profile views.
The recruiter needs to create a profile via the employer button on the right hand side at the top of the page.
You then fill out the employer details then save your profile.
You will receive log in credentials in your email, which you will use to access the candidate database.
Proceed to search for suitable candidates by browsing by category and/or Location.
After viewing candidates profiles, you have the option of either requesting the full CV, Requesting the candidate for an interview-you shall indicate the place of interview, date and time and we shall send them over ,or just saving the candidate profile to view later.
