Administrative Intern-Nairobi

Jobsikaz is a digital sourcing platform that aggregates recruitment tools to facilitate vacancy- jobseeker matching. We are looking for an Admin Intern to join our team.

The intern will be working to improve the company’s operations and work processes.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Ordering office supplies and equipment and managing them to ensure the smooth running of the office
  2. Doing basic bookkeeping
  3. Following up on requisitions and payments
  4. Maintaining work stations for other colleagues when necessary
  5. Answering phone calls, taking messages and forwarding calls when needed
  6. Greet and assist visitors
  7. Maintaining contact lists
  8. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  9. Carry out other administrative duties such as typing, copying, printing, scanning, etc.


  • ¬†Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or any other related course.
